Why I Do What I Do
I've spent over 15 years helping people take ownership of their health — physically, mentally, and professionally.
My background is in physiotherapy, mental coaching, and work wellbeing. I’ve coached individuals, trained executives, and helped organizations build cultures that support performance and wellbeing.
But this is not just a profession. It’s a mission.
